By using Deja Vu Clothing you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate registration information. One person may not operate multiple accounts to manipulate auctions.

Auctions and listings

Listings, timers, and reserve rules are defined on each lot. Bids are commitments to pay if you win, subject to stated fees and taxes. Sellers must describe goods honestly; buyers must honor pickup and payment windows.

Payments and fees

Deposits, wallet loads, and withdrawals follow the methods and schedules shown in your dashboard. Charges and FX, if any, are disclosed before you confirm.

Prohibited conduct

No bid manipulation, shill bidding, harassment, malware, or use of the platform for illegal goods. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JMPA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the marketplace.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Courts in Metro Manila shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
